Insert Image button generate js error

Hello
On my 2.3.4 ss installation I have problem with image inserting into pages. When the "Insert Button is inserted" on firebug I'm getting
el is undefined

Line 23Any work-around I found is to click "Insert link" and then "Insert Image"
How to fix that? -

I am getting this on 2.3.7 as well.Any thoughts..
