NewsLetter: send only to group member if has a flag ON

Hi,
Is there a method to send newsletter only to group member that have a "Newsletter" flag ON?
When an user register to site, he was added to a default group. This group is assigned a newsletter by default.
But after, an user can review its profile and check out newsletter flag. Then he don't want to receive any news by mail...
How made it to send only if flag ON?
