Riddle: 3 differently styled htmleditorfields in 1 pagetype

Hi, does anyone know the answer to this riddle?
I have 3 HTMLEditorFields in 1 pagetype.
1 of them has to have the full button-setup. But the other 2 should just have a small selection of buttons.
I know how to add/delete buttons to tinymce (see here and here).
But that is all side-wide (or at least: pagetype-wide).Is there a way to add/delete buttons for one specific HTMLEditorField in a pagetype with multiple HTMLEditorFields?
