FilesystemPublisher wrong template when publishing Link to this post

Not sure if this is a bug or something wrong with the way I've set up caching in SS 2.4

running /dev/buildcache?flush=1 creates the cache HTML files using the correct templates

However, when I publish any item from the CMS it recreates the HTML file using the ContentController.ss template rather than Page.ss.

Both methods seem to be making the exact same call to Director::test('/url'), but the response is different. For this reason, I'm wondering if its Director:test() behaving differently from within the CMS??

    Any ideas?
