beginner question

Hi all,
Sorry for such a basic beginner question..I am new to silverstripe.I have to do a website - static, except for 2 things,
-- the client needs an option to upload a promotions (pdf) file
and
--News letter/Email Promotions with Subscribe – Where all the customers will be sent promotions every week/month.Pls give me your valuable opinion about modules to use for each of these..

as far as i can tell.
if you knee to use silverstripe to handle all the client website. you may need to use the followerring modules:dataobject_manager
swfupload
userdefinedform module
newsletter moduleThink may satisfy your needs there.

Will take a look at them. I am just starting on silverstripe..so may take a while..thanks.
