Very slow page loadup

My regular site on this host works (i have ss installed in /test) and loads up fine, but whenever i go to mysite.com/test the ss page takes FOREVER to load up.
any ideas? I am hosted with ipage, but then again my host seems fine as my regular page loads up fine
