Lost the admin password

Hi,
I have lost the admin password (for my website).
It's possible that somebody clicked the "I've lost my password" button on the login page, using the admin username.I still have the admin username, and I still have access to the FTP site and the database.
Is there anyway I can get this password back or reset it?Thanks!
