Any help regarding this issue will be appreciate!

Even without any additional module the same problem.
The database is getting very large (I'm starting with some kb and end in some MB over the months)

The issue:
Save & publish content - link in admin site tree is Black, come back in few days and see that the link is green.
I don't make any change to pages and I'm finding them in Draft (green) - (usually an dummy <p>...</p> it is inserted at the end of content in content editor.

The Access: Everyone can view and only Administrators can edit.
Users: Only one Administrator / No additional users or admin.
Dev mode: No
Cache: Yes/No - the same problem;
Saving content with more browser: Yes - FF, GC, IE - same results (btw GC is messing up content).
Looked at Page History in Admin: Yes - and is bad - there are more versions than they should be;
Clean manually the db: Yes - I did, I can do this again, but is consuming a lot of time;

I'm the only one with this luck? or this is an unsolved issue?

All the versions since 2.3 to 2.3.7 did this to me! :(
