Image Upload breakes my content

unfortunately my Image uploade is not working -> get the masage "file is not a valid format" ... this i tried:

http://open.silverstripe.org/attachment/ticket/5547/2.4.0-FileUpload.diffoke now its workinb but my backend wysiwig editor shows no content its pure white space. i cant edit or change anything. my frontend-content is still as it was before i rewrite the files as it is described. but now my content is broken - i can put text in it but it doesent apeare nor do anything!
i am lost in this mess! i cant understand why the hell upload.php or file.php is attacking the content.
do somebody have the same problems?
HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
