Can't login to bachend after dmain name change

Hello,
I was testing my ss installation on a live domain name. When I changed the domain name to a new one and updated the dns zone in whm, everything works with the new domain except the admin backend. It seems to redirect to this url :
domain.com/Security/login?BackURL=%2Fadminand gives this message: Please choose an authentication method and enter your credentials to access the CMS
any idea how to resolve this?

EDIT: I have already checked for the <% base_tag %>, and it is still there on the page.ss and shows the correct url in page source.

I resolved it myself. the error was caused by the $Form tag which I removed from includes/page.ss. I thought that the $Form tag is needed to include comment form only. So I simply added the $Form tag again after $Content tag, and now I can login the the backend!
