[Solved] Website Showing all Blank Screens.

I was trying to get the newsletter module to work with userforms. I had installed both modules. I was getting frustrated and decided to start from scratch. I removed both module folders and ran /dev/build/ and now I get a blank page nomatter where I go.
Director::set_environment_type("dev"); is set in my config folder
