Default search results for ModelAdmin

Hi All,
I was just wondering, if it was possible to define what appears in the right pane when a part of the CMS that extends ModelAdmin is clicked?
What currently happens is that there is a blank pane to the right, by default. But I would like to set it to list all iterations of a manged model instead.
Any ideas?
