Hi All

I am trying to pull resources from a secondary database into a SilverStripe site.

Here is my case;

The first will contain SS install (SS_db) and the other one (work_db) will contain data like high resolution images, maps, Google map panoramas etc. The idea here is to separate the two as I want work_db to be independent of SS in all ways possible as I want the same resources to be accessed by other systems as well.

My SS site is running but i cant find a way of connecting to my work_db to pull resources from there.
I am coming from a none SS site and this works fine, I can connect to as many external databases as I want.

Is there a way I can do this using SS.
