Uploaded Site not working

Hi,
I have uploaded the site on the Rackspacecloud server as a subfolder www.mydomain.net/ss where the folder ss contains SilverStripe.
But when I access the the site www.mydomain.net/ss I get this Error:
"Service Unavailable
The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
Another site www.mydomain.net/forum is working fine without any problem on the same server.
What could be the problem with www.mydomain.net/ss. Please help..

Make sure error reporting is on and your Silverstripe install is in dev-mode to see what's going wrong.
