Internet Explorer input focus problems in the CMS

I often hear from clients using IE (up to version 8) that input fields (page name, navigation label and content) sometimes won't focus until they reload the page. I can sometimes reproduce this, but don't see a real pattern in it.

I have the same problem, did you find any solution ? I am using SS 2.4.0. And as you said, it only happens on some pages/tabs in administration.
