member login problem

hello, there~
i just download the latest version of SilverStripe-v2.4.5.tar.gz, and have successfully installed it on my WindowsXP + Apache-22 + MySQL-5.1.50 + php-5.2.14-Win32 environment.
the problem is that i cannot log into administrative pages with the username and password that i provided during the installation process; by the way, after refresh installations i did enter the administrative pages, but cannot after logout.
is there anyone who encountered the strange problem as me, and how to solve it?
