I'm looking for a solution for SS, where any inch characters ' and double primes are replaced with proper quotes: http://blogs.sitepoint.com/whats-so-smart-about-those-quotes/
Wordpress has a function called texturize: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wptexturize.
I know I could do a string replace at onbeforewrite, however I also want to effect content from TinyMCE which obviously has html quotes which I don't want to touch.
So unsure if I should do str_replace for just title, or if I should add to tiny_mce_improvements.js or if there's some profanity filter I could use globally.
