HTML Tidy - Textmate Silverstripe bundle

I am using Textmate with the Silverstripe bundle.
The HTML Tidy command doesn`t work so great with this bundle as it probably has trouble with the templating system.
Is there anyone out there that has solved this issue. How do people handle there code formating?
Would be interested to hear how the community deals with these points.

Hi Dave - I'm using the bundle and have no issues with HTML tidy. Normally I tidy a selection rather than the whole document. I have updated tidy following these instructions http://www.skrinakcreative.com/wp/2010/03/installing-htmltidy-for-mac-os-xsnow-leopard/
