password reset not working

hi, I suddenly am not able to enter the silverstripe csm. it does not recognize my password any longer. when I fill in the forgotten password option, it recognizes my email and states me the reset link is being emailed. but i do not receive the email. andit is not hanging in the the spam filter, I checked that.
what to do to get into the csm again? tx

Is your server setup to send emails? If not you can hard code admin logins in your config file like
Security::setDefaultAdmin('admin', 'password');
