Can't modify widget on translated blog pages

So I added Translatable and Blog. All seems to work well until I looked at the widgets. On the default language (English), I was able to add and modify the widgets. However, when I create a different language version for it, I am not. Other page types I can except for the blog pages. Any ideas why?
