Vertical scroll tinymce doesn't work

The scrollbar in the content field in the admin / cms doesn't work.
I tried to put the next code:
#tinymce, .htmleditor, #Form_EditForm_Content_parent {
overflow:scroll;
}into /cms/css/layout.css, but this didn't work out.
I think there must be a easy solution for it. But i can't find it
.
