Contact form problem

The On-complete function does not work in the Contact forms on our website http://www.alpinelake.co.nz/ Just show a blank page. Have completed and saved the two boxes labelled "show on completion" and "email message to submitter". Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

A blank page could indicate an error has occurred. Check your PHP error logs.
