Error email sender

I have a requirement to change the email address that error messages are sent from. At present it is 'errors@silverstripe.com' but we wish to change this address to one of our own internal addresses but i cannot find any where to do this?
I have tried Email::setAdminEmail('me@somone.com');
But this does not seem to work?

This is set in the SS_LogEmailWriter. See http://api.silverstripe.org/2.4/sapphire/dev/SS_LogEmailWriter.html#methodset_send_from for how to customize.
