    Unable to access web site Link to this post

    Had setup a SS website about a year ago. Now suddenly it is not working. When you access the site or via admin, there is an error:

    Website Error
    There has been an error

    The website server has not been able to respond to your request.

    How do you resolve this? Cannot flush cache as you are not allowed to logon to admin.

    Please provide some assistance - what options do we have to crack into the error?

    If you have access to the code then put the site in dev mode so that you can see what the error is.
