Cheers.
Problem 1. Its trying to locate 'SimplePie.php' which doesn't exist (/saphire/thirdparty/simplepie/)
Problem 2. The other file its trying to include is SimplePie.inc (actually simplepie.inc) - have changed, but now get this:
[22-Aug-2011 12:41:45] Error at sapphire/core/Object.php line 724: Uncaught Exception: Object->__call(): the method 'versionfromversionfile' does not exist on 'Updates' (http://ppmbs.co.uk/admin/dashboard/)/admin/dashboard/ also gives the same error:
[User Error] Uncaught Exception: Object->__call(): the method 'versionfromversionfile' does not exist on 'Updates'
GET /admin/dashboard/Line 724 in /home/sites/ppmbs.co.uk/public_html/sapphire/core/Object.php

hmmm don't know about that second error, I'm not overly familiar with the dashboard module
it might be something that is required in the config (i.e. to add an extension to something)
At this point I'd suggest you find a recent thread that Mo seems to be subscribed to in the "all other modules" section (if not then create one) because this is clearly a problem with that module spefically
