Email with from and to address with the same domain

Hi,
Anyone had issues with teh silverstripe Email class when sending an email where the from and to domain are the same (but the email address are different) - e.g.
This not working...
from:
someone@somedomain.com
to:
someoneelse@somedomain.comThis working...
from:
someone@somedomain.com
to:
someoneelse@someotherdomain.com?
