multi language with many domains

hi
there is a big problem
i have a site in two languages PL , DE
there is also one domain for each languagebut i can view german pages in polish domain and polish pages in german domain
how to redirect each domain to correct language ?
for example
www.domain.de/de-page -> correct
www.domain.pl/de-page -> should have 404www.domain.pl/pl-page -> correct
www.domain.de/pl-page -> should have 404orrectthere is also problem in google
google index has each domain with all site pageswww.domain.pl/pl-page
www.domain.pl/pl-page-b
www.domain.pl/pl-page-c
www.domain.pl/de-page
www.domain.pl/de-page-b
www.domain.pl/de-page-cwww.domain.de/pl-page
