I am a novice to silverstripe. My past experiences has been in Joomla and Wordpress. I now a task. Inorder to be safe i thought i will create a new copy of the site (as test version) in the same server and use it for changes. But when i created demo.domainname.com and connected it to a copy of the database, i get database connection error (kinda, i get a blank page).

Any help would be of great help !!!!

I have tried many things - nothing seem to work - please help.
