Subpages need to appear in separate menus

Hi I'm looking for some advice on best practice.

I have a page with 6 subpages, I need to display these subpages in two separate menus with a different title each. So for example here's what it should vaguely look like:

Menu 1
- subpage link1
- subpage link2
- subpage link3

Menu 2
- subpage link4
- subpage link5
- subpage link6

What's the best way to do achieve this? Should I be adding categories to the pages?
