Hi,
I have sent very important e-mail to info@silverstripe.com on 17-Feb-2012 and till yet I haven't received any reply.

Not sure where you got info@silverstripe.com from but the general support email is support@silverstripe.com. Due to vast volume of mail they receive I wouldn't be surprised if it takes a while to get through. You can also contact them more directly via twitter at @silverstripe.
