Does anybody know in SS ver 2.3.7 what are the URLs to rebuild the database/templates once you make the changes?

I'm got a client who's got ver 2.3.7 in the live environment and I have 2.4 on my local machine. So surely the way to rebuild database/templates are different back then to compared to the latest one??

/dev/build
/dev/build?flush=1

In 2.3 still the same dev/build (or db/build) as Josh says. In 2.2.* you have to use db/build
