Hi

I am new to silver stripe.
I am trying to integrate html form fields in a page, however when i click on save or publish all the fields disappear. I need to create a view different forms and don't really want to use a different template for each form.

Any solution for this?

Also i am looking for a event manager/calendar that is working with version 2.4.7
