    Email Error from User Defined Form Link to this post

    I have a user defined form with a file upload field, the form submits fine, but when it goes to email I get the following error:

    [Notice] Undefined index: jpg
    POST /peh/forms-and-brochures/fascia-form/Form

    Line 451 in /home/loftcre8/public_html/clients/peh/sapphire/email/Mailer.php

    I have checked the mime.types file and jpg is listed in there. Does anyone know how to fix this?
