GroupedBy Level or a function to get the cousins

i was looking all over and could not find a solution.. hopefully some can help me...
i am trying to list all children which parents share the same level and the same parent title e.g. my site looks like:
- page a
-- page aa
--- page y
---- page z
-- page ab
--- page y
---- page wso the link should be "page y" which shows "page z" and "page w" - and of course multilingual (sitetree translatable) as well...
hopefully one can help me here out....
