Seriously man, I'm not joking. Maybe I am blind or just tired but I do not see any Theme section in Admin Panel. I will put a fresh screenshot in here.

It's not a whole theme section. SilverStripe only allows you to select the theme name to use. https://skitch.com/willrossi/eeii6/silver3.jpg-1280x1024
