New Custom Google search & Basic Development bar !

Hi:
I have this bit of code that I always use , A basic bar with important links to quick ?flush & dev/build + many other good things so I like to share it :
Download & open this file , I have all instruction in the comments .
This is modified to wotk for SS3 . Also there is a google custom search built in to auto search many good SS Blogs & api.silverstripe.org .
