SilverStripe Widget and Module Problems

I get sick trying to install modules and widgets on my Silverstripe CMS, so I started to read the ReadMe files on every module and widget, I put all the files where they should be, I run dev/build on the adress, everything work perfect, I go to admin pannel, but from there how I add the widget or activate the module for pages ?
I watched this http://www.silverstripe.com/assets/screencasts/SilverStripe-Blog-DragDrop-Widgets.swf and my admin pannel isn't show like this one.
I've read something that widget should be enable from mysite/code/page.php but didn't find there anything abbout widgets.

You need to add a 'WidgetEditor' class to your page to all you to add, customize widgets. In 3.0 read - https://github.com/silverstripe/silverstripe-widgets/blob/master/README.md
