TinyMCE Missing after Ajax save

I am using SS3 with Subsites and Multilanguage so I am asking for trouble I guess.
However I consistently notice that after an ajax save my TinyMCE editor fields vanish and only return after a hard refresh. There are no JS errors. Has anybody else experienced this?

A fix related to tinymce disappearing has been made in https://github.com/silverstripe/sapphire/pull/858
