    I am using SS3 with Subsites and Multilanguage and at first though the fact that Duplicate Page and Duplicate Page with Children might be missing because of module issues. However its missing for me in a vanilla install.

    How to I get these very useful context menus back?

    I think that's a bug, I have a very similar problem, but in my case this is happening when using different HtmlEditorConfig set_active/get on a dfferent pages.
