SS3: ImageUploadField / Uploadify

What is the equivalent in SS3 for ImageUploadField / Uploadify

I am finding the progression tough going. Is there a guide explaining all the changes? http://api.silverstripe.org does not explain everything imho.

I spent some more time searching google and it looks like I have to use the new CMSFields of UploadField. Looks really good.

martimiz has produced some brilliant documentation on the UploadField here :)

I think it's still work in progress, but it's very helpful
