Restore MySQL Database site pages missing

I recently restored from a MySQL backup as the database had been overwritten during development of a new site. Firstly, the admin logon credentials no longer work so I cannot dev/build. I'm assuming this would be required to link all 89 pages back to the original site design.
SS 3.0.1 with HomePage, cwsoft-foldergallery, userforms, SortableGridField, customized blackcandy theme. If dev/build would not rebuild all pages then how could I restore all 89 pages?The original format design HomePage.ss, page.ss and templates are working but with only default blackcandy page layout (Home, About US, Contact).

OK login fixed - Security::setDefaultAdmin('admin', 'password'); - ran dev/build and all pages are still missing.
