Request: Don't automatically update Nav label

It might just be me, but 90% of the time I change a page heading in the CMS I don't want to change the navigation label. Unless it's a new page.
E.g. navigation label is "contact" and the page is called "Contact". Then it might get changed during build to "Get in touch", or "How to find our Offices". Neither of these warrant changing the navigation label though.
Anyone else?
