Hi

I am completely new to SS. I have been tasked to move
a SS site to a new server. I have access to ftp and The SS
admin panel.

I have copied all files from the existing server to my computer
ready to upload them. As there is no cPanel for the domain
I do not know how to access the existing database and
back it up - ready for uploading via phpMyAdmin on the
new server - which is configured with cPanel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
