That's better than me Lee. GoDaddy are still insisting that I have done something to the site. They keep telling me it's a scripting error... useless. I've been back and fourth on the email and phone not getting anywhere with them. Incredibly frustrating. Please let me know if you manage to get an answer from them.

I had a similar issue. They blamed the code saying it wasn't their fault. I phoned multiple times until one guy agreed they'd made a mistake and that they would go through every VM they updated and fix them. I've not seen anything fixed, though. I've several sites running on GoDaddy which are all broken, thanks to their "upgrade".

I really don't think GoDaddy are going to fix it until someone tells them how to fix it.

I have two sites hosted on GoDaddy. One is bust and the other is fine... they must not have upgraded all their servers??

Hmmm, that's odd. Maybe they haven't upgraded them all...

Any luck yet Lee? I'm still back and forth with GoDaddy getting progressively more frustrated and irate. They have now moved it to advanced technical support, so with a bit of luck someone with a bit of brains will be able to help fix rather than the standard generic support email answers that I've been getting!! I'll keep you posted.

You're doing better than I am. I'm still getting the generic email replies. They keep asking me to enable mod_rewrite in the htaccess file. They just don't seem to get it that it IS enabled in the htaccess file and that the problem is on their end.

Right now, I'm looking at moving host. GoDaddy are like the PC World of the hosting industry, and their administrators are obviously not that good. They had already admitted it was their fault, then seemed to retract it.

Please let me know if you get it resolved. Then I can send them the URL to this post and prove they're idiots :-)
