Topic update,
when ever i try to change anything it tell me "forbidden"
then eventually gives me this error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 252881 bytes) in /home2/mackill1/public_html/framework/thirdparty/jsmin/jsmin.php on line 70

You have a 32MB memory limit, the recommended minimum is 48MB: see http://www.silverstripe.org/system-requirements/

Increase it, or ask your hosting company to increase it :)
