404 page error

I have the latest version of silverstripe and have it working on Apache/2.2.11.
when I try to get the 404 error page from my site by entering a page that isn't there
like http://test.com/help/
I get a page with this message
XML Parsing Error: mismatched tag. Expected: </img>.
Location: http://test.com/stuff/

fixed Iwas using the 404 page that it came with after deleting it and made a new one .
now works as expected
