This is a bit weird.

All the SS sites we host have all crashed, and are all display a huge page of these errors:

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/httpd/vhlinks/www.jbo.co.nz/cms/templates/_manifest_exclude) is not within the allowed path(s): (/tmp:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/apache/phpinc/:/home/duplico/jbo/) in /home/duplico/jbo/sapphire/core/ManifestBuilder.php on line 234

We haven't touched any of the sites, but they all just started randomly doing this - if you refresh the page it is fine - but if you flush it again, shows all these errors?

Also any pages that have forms (built in the CMS) do not display either.

Any ideas =S Some sites are running 2.2.3 some are 2.2.2

I have no idea what to do? We have about 4 sites that are down at the moment and need to get these back up ASAP

Problem was with our host. They decided to upgrade all our servers to the latest version of PHP without telling us, which enabled safe-mode on all our SS sites that we host. =)

Turned this off, and fixed all our problems.
