Image popup not working

On my laptop, when uploading images, I can not get the Open Dialog box to popup. It works in Files and Images area.
From the Images area on the right of the editor, when I click on the upload link, nothing happens. Any idea of what I can do to get this working on my laptop? I figure it must be an IE issue, it works in FF.

The uploading is handled by swfupload which is a 3rd party flash script. It has all kinds of issues and is fixed up in 2.3. I believe in the image/files area, they removed it which is why there are no problems there.
If memory serves me correctly, I believe one of the issues was with Flash 10 (double digits) detection.
