    I have installed everything and it works, but i can not create an index file. i create files, but when i go to www.mysite.com there is nothing there, but all other pages work, maybe i have missed something easy here ?
    Can someone tell me how to do to get an index

    this happens because of the .htaccess. it rewrites all the urls.

    you will have to escape the index.html to retrieve it.
