Upload link still not working

Hi,
I'm running 2.2.3 in IE7 on Vista and I've updated my flash player to the latest available version, but when I try to upload an image in the site content section nothing happens when I click on 'upload' in the image manager. If I click on it before I select a folder I get an error message asking me to select a folder, so the link itself seems to work. But once I choose the 'Uploads' folder, then nothing happens if I click on the upload link.

I'm pretty sure this is a well-documented bug. (too lazy to check the tickets right now). I've experienced it many times, though.
Try an upgrade to 2.3 RC2 and it should be fixed.

In 2.3.0-rc2 the toolbar buttons aren't showing up in the editor

I just ran in to this problem...
In your opinion, is version 2.3 rc2 stable enough to use in a production environment?

I am experiencing the same problem as the original poster. I am using version 2.3.1 with Firefox, Vista and Flash 10
Is this a known bug?

I am seeing behavior that is very inconsistent with this. I am running 2.3.2 and I can see the Create Folder | Upload links in all 3 browsers, but no one else I am working with can Ever see them. We are all in the Administrators group. What could this be? The links are in the HTML, but their display is set to "none". What's up?
